25ml Lavender Syrup
50ml OVAL VODKA
Champagne/Prosecco
Collins Glass
Cocktail Shaker
Cocktail Strainer
Ice Cubes
Lavender buds and Lemon Wheel for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
How To Make the Lavender Syrup
To make the Lavender Syrup, Bring to the boil one cup of water and one cup of sugar.
Mix in 200grams of Lavender buds
Strain and allow to set
How To Make the Cocktail:
First place 25ml of Lavender Syrup into a cocktail shaker
Then put 50ml of OVAL Vodka into the shaker
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, seal and shake
Fill a collins glass with 2/3 of ice cubes
Strain the liquid from the shaker into the collins glass
Top the collins glass with Champagne
Stir the cocktail to bring the bubbles up through the drink
Garnish with a lemon Wheel and some Lavender buds
