• Change your touch screen layout quickly and easily
Unlike conventional EPoS systems, the keyboard can be changed from the terminal directly, so that new special offers can be added to the front screen and old ones removed by authorised staff.

• Loyalty Solutions, Meal Deals and Up-Selling Prompt Screens
Orbis allows for a range of meal deal offers to be implemented through the use of the user friendly wizard. Up selling prompt screens help remind your staff of the latest offers. Loyalty cards and serial tracked vouchers can be used to trigger promotions, with the ability of capturing customer spending habits.

• Intuitive table plan
Table plans can be created and modified at the till or on the back office software, with the ability to create special one night only plans, take reservations and return to the saved default the day after. Time prompts also tell you when the table is yet to be served to help keep the operation running smoothly.

• Staff Rotas, Budgeting and Charting
Staff can use the touch screens built in Clock In/Out function for accurate time and attendance recording. Any exceptions from the rota are highlighted in real time. The staff rota can be adjusted for resource smoothing. When creating a rota, Orbis will calculate your staff costs which can be matched against your forecast sales given by SILVER BULLET to prevent over staffing.

Recipe Management the Ultimate Stock Control

The Recipe Management Module allows the user to enter stock ingredients against the sale items, for example in cocktails or full course meals, so that the true level of stock against each product can be determined. This approach allows for the possibility of cost optimising and value engineering to ensure that a good level of sales margin is gained from the products used and sold.

• Deli Style Sales, Stock Countdown on Specials
Recording Sales information for each table is a standard feature of the Orbis Core System. It also allows table charges to be transferred, merged or split to the customers requirements

Countdown of stock specials, as they are sold appear on the screen buttons to warn of low stock levels.

Orbis can send print outs of the orders to bars, kitchens or other locations.

The layout of sales items and instructions on the screen keypad is designed for fast customer service.

Orbis also has the ability to link in barcode scanners, weighing scales for sales input with Chip & Pin, Contactless payment for taking sales payments.

Visual Marketing through Orbis Digital Signage

Orbis's advertising module provides a digital space for advertising at the point of sale. A wide range of content can be displayed such as picture slideshows or video files. Content can be set generally or uniquely at each site location through the back and head office user interface.

Playlists can be setup on the displays so that promotions and events can be highlighted at the point of sale or even projected onto large plasma screens around the venue.
