RECIPIE - HOT IN BARBADOS 40ml Real McCoy 5yr 10ml Ruby Blue Chilli Pepper Liqueur 60ml Fentimans Ginger Ale 2 dashes of orange angostura bitters 1 Lime 1 Slice of fresh grapefruit 1 Teaspoon of Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS First muddle a sliced lime with a teaspoon of sugar in a glass. Then add 40ml of the Real McCoy Rum into the glass. Then add 10ml of Ruby Blue Chilli Pepper Liqueur to give it that extra fire. Then add a healthy 60ml of Fentimans ginger ale and finally add 2 dashes of orange angostura bitters. Top the glass with crushed ice and a slice of fresh grapefruit |
