Ruby Blue bottle-aged Blueberry Liqueur is an Irish liqueur that has been made with real fruits, this variety being succulent blueberries and Irish grain spirit which has been distilled 5 times for a clean, fresh flavour profile.

The blueberry offers a few extra notes for the flavour-seeker with hints of musty cellars on the nose but an altogether smoother, indeed silky and woody blueberry flavour building on the palate.
