Ruby Blue Blackcurrent

The blackcurrant variety adds a little more complexity, with earthier aromas together with more floral notes reminiscent of maraschino cherries combining with the expected Ribena hit.

It is somewhat less powerful on the palate than the nose, tangier than might be expected and certainly has a drier finish.

This Irish Cassis is created using whole Irish Blackcurrants. Often enjoyed over crushed ice or with Champagne, Prosecco or Cava as a Kir Royale. It has a vibrant but smooth & clean Blackcurrant flavour.

35ml Brokers Gin
15ml Ruby Blue Blackcurrant Liqueur
30ml Fentimans Rose Lemonade
30ml Apple Juice
Dash of Rhubarb Bitters
Crushed Ice
Lavender buds for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

First add 35ml Brokers Gin to a tall rocks glass. Then add 15ml of Ruby Blue Blackcurrant Liqueur, with 30ml of Fentimans Rose Lemonade
Add 30ml of Apple Juice and a dash of Rhubarb Bitters.

Fill the glass with crushed Ice and stir the mixture up through the crushed ice.
Finish with Lavender buds on top for Garnish.
