Rioja Navajas Reserva
Produced in the Rioja Alta region in Spain, consisting of 95% of Tempranillo Grape and 5% of the Mazuelo Grape.
Grown in the oldest vineyard with the experience of marrying the best characteristics of the red varieties that are hand-picked in the first fortnight of October. Produced using traditional methods, fermentation takes place naturally at controlled temperatures, with great care being taken to ensure that the potential of the vineyard is extracted, stabilised and fine-tuned during aging.
The wine is moved following malolactic fermentation, clarification and filtering to 3 year old French and American oak barrels after a short period of natural rest for 20 months. It is then bottled and aged until it reaches the correct balance for release onto the market.
Ruby red with medium depth, leaving a fine bouquet with ripe fruit and spicy aromas.
