Pimento Ginger Chili Beer

Pimento is produced in Paris, France and is a refreshing fizzy drink, made with ginger, tonic and hot pepper natural flavour.

The first sip is sweet, with a bubbly sensation of fruity ginger and a hint of lemon. Two seconds later, you'll feel that funny shock of the chili tickling the back of your throat and this is why it makes the experience so exciting.

The rest is silky smooth, now that the taste buds have been softened by the sweet taste of ginger.

Pimento mixes well with rum, tequila and vodka and there's no end to the amount of tasty drinks you can make with it.

COCKTAIL IDEAS WITH PIMENTO GINGER CHILI BEER

RECIPIE - KENTUCKY STORM

60ml of Buffalo Trace
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
20ml of Fernet Branca
30ml of Pimento
Crushed Ice
And Garnish with a Sprig of Mint

INSTRUCTIONS

First place 60ml of Buffalo Trace into a tall glass and then add 20ml Lemon Juice, with 10ml Sugar Syrup.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and shake the mixture in a cocktail shaker
Top the cocktail with 30ml of Pimento to give it a bit of fire and top with 20ml of Fernet Branca.
Garnish the cocktail with more crushed Ice and a Sprig of Mint
