Sparkling wine made according to natural fermentation Charmat method with Raboso, Merlot grapes in the Veneto region.

Bright pink colour with light purple glints. Velvety, harmonious and sapid flavour with well-balanced acidity and sweetness, its aftertaste is tenacious and dry.

Excellent as an aperitif. Also ideal for risotto and white meat. Serve at 6-7 degC.
