Maeloc reinforces its commitment to the Galician rural environment, with their ciders made with 100% Galician apples gathered from over 1,000 indigenous farmers, brewed in the award winning "Hijos de Rivera" brewery in A Coruna, Spain.

A mixture of Galician Raxo, Prince, Pero, Rabiosa and Verdena apples, have been used and brewed using traditional techniques. The strong apple flavour comes from 100% pure apple juice, not from concentrate and there is absolutely no added sugar. The Maeloc Dry Cidermade is made only according to the original ancient Celtic cider process.

The result is a perfect balance of a very dry apple flavour, with some tartness and mild sweetness.
