RECIPIE - RUBY BRAMBLE

50ml Ruby Blue Potato Irish Vodka 50ml Freddies Fruit Lager Wildberries 20ml of Lemon Juice 20ml of Lime Juice Crushed Ice Ice Cubes A High Ball Glass, Shaker and strainer Served in a rocks glass Slice of Lemon for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

First add 50ml of Irish Potato Vodka into a high ball glass, then add the lemon and lime juice.

Add some ice cubes and with a shaker, shake and then strain into a rocks glass that is filled with crushed ice.

Top with 50ml of Freddies Wild Berries and then garnish with a slice of lemon.

You can also top with 50ml of Ruby Blue Blueberry Liqueur to give that little extra sweetness and ruby colour.
