Grape type - Gewurztraminer grapes from South Tyrolean hill cultivations.

Alembic type - Discontinous destillation with steam. Obtained from the soft pressure of the grapes and the addition of selected yeasts. This grappa has to age a total of 12 months. Limited edition.

Appearance - Clear, crystalline

Aromatic profile - Intense, fine, typical aroma - with fruity, fresh notes.

Taste - Soft, spicy, fine, great aftertaste, perfect balance between aroma and taste.

Serve at a temperature of 12° C

Awards - Gold Medal Winner at the ISW in 2015
