Bru Ri IPA (Ale)

Bru Brewery was established in July 2013 after a couple of years spent researching, planning and developing by co-founders Paddy Hurley and Daire Harlin with a view to offering the Irish beer drinker a greater choice in craft beer; emphasising premium quality, craft and tradition.

The brewery is located on the banks of the River Boyne in the historic town of Trim, County Meath.

Bru Ri is an internationally recognised award winning IPA, brewed using British and Irish Barley and Wheat with a delicate balance of hops. Four variety of hops are used to create a refreshingly bitter IPA with a burst of floral scents on the nose.

Bru Ri goes perfectly with Red Meat, Fish, Spicy foods, and citrus deserts.

Recommended Cheese - The ideal cheese pairing with Bru Ri comes when the cheese forms part of a salad, especially when using any blue cheese, the tanginess of the citrus flavours complement each other.
