Bru Brewery was established in July 2013 after a couple of years spent researching, planning and developing by co-founders Paddy Hurley and Daire Harlin with a view to offering the Irish beer drinker a greater choice in craft beer; emphasising premium quality, craft and tradition.

The brewery is located on the banks of the River Boyne in the historic town of Trim, County Meath.

Bru Lager is brewed using British and Irish Barley and Wheat with a delicate balance of hops. Bru Lager is crisp and full bodied unlike other watery mainstream lagers.

Bru Lager in 330ml bottle is available as Gluten Free.

Bru Lager goes perfectly with spicy foods especially curry, chicken and fish.

Recommended Cheese - Any cheese made from Sheeps milk or Parmesan, the mild flavour of the cheese works excellently to bring out the hop characteristics of Bru Lager.
