BENEVOLENT AWARD TICKETS
Award tickets are of limited supply, so we will not make any reservations to secure a space for you for any reason, once all tickets have been allocated.

You can inform us of a request for tickets, up to 5pm on the 23rd of November if tickets are still available.

A request for tickets from us, will be a legally binding contract that you are happy to pay for the tickets requested, unless cancelled before the 7 day period before the event.

You can request us to hold tickets for you up to the date of the event. However, if you can't attend, you must explicitly let us know via email or telephone call that you wish to cancel your tickets before 5pm on the 17th November.

If you have cancelled before the 7 day period, you will be refunded any money paid for tickets, minus a cancellation fee.

If you try and cancel your requested or purchased tickets within the 7 day period before the event, we unfortunately can't offer any refunds and are legally entitled to request money for unpaid tickets, whether you attend the event or not.

The benevolent awards is a black tie/smart dress and ball gown event.

DELIVERIES OF PARCELS
We only deliver in the United Kingdom. We do not have a license to ship products in the Channel Islands or outside of the UK.

If your order is placed before 4pm, in the following postcodes: (AB30,31,33-38,41-45,51-56,63), (DD8-10), (FK8, 17-21), (IV4-9), (PH10,11,13,14) and (TD15) our courier service state that they are able to deliver to these addresses within 2 working days of the receipt of order.

If your order is placed before 4pm, in the following postcodes: (AB2,3,6,10-16,21-25,32,39), (DD11), (DG1-16), (EX16-23,31-39), (FK2-7,8 1,8 2,9-16), (G63,9), (KA19, 26), (LD1-8), (LL15-49,51-78), (PH8,9,12,15-16), (PL10-19,22-35), (PO30-41), (SY1-5,7-26), (TD1-15) and (TR1-20,26-27) our courier service state that they are able to deliver to these addresses before close of business (PM) the following working day.

If your order is placed before 4pm, our courier service state that they are able to deliver before 2pm in all other postcode areas the following working day.

We unfortunately hold no liabilities, give any guarantees or warranties on the performance or timing of our courier service.

Products delivered to the following postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25 are delivered at a surcharge of £13.75 due to location.

Products delivered to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE are delivered at a surcharge of £8.25, due to location.

Products delivered to all other postcodes are delivered at a cost of £5.99

Each LTi shipping box will contain a maximum weight of up to 30kg.

If more than 7 shipping boxes are ordered at any one time, this will be sent out on a pallet delivery.

Our courier will refuse to deliver any items to anyone under the age of 18 years of age. It is also understood that someone over 18 years of age will be there to collect the items at the time of the delivery.

If no one is there to collect the delivery, a card will be put through the letterbox informing you that the parcel can be collected from our depot. To collect the item, you need to have the delivery card and have a proof of age ID card or official document if requested.

DELIVERY DISCOUNTS
If you spend more than £100 as a sub total, we will kindly reduce the shipping costs by £5.99 + the cost of any additional packages on package deliveries only.

PACKAGE CONTENTS
Our LTi boxes are designed to hold any combination of up to 24 wine & spirit bottles and/or up to 48 beer, cider and soft drink bottles.

We will not ship a box that holds less than any combination of 12 soft drinks or beer bottles.

DELIVERIES OF PALLETS

If any kegs or casks are ordered from our site, we need to ship these to you on a pallet. The prices of the pallet delivery to your area will be shown on the delivery cost ex VAT.

A maximum of 18 kegs/casks are able to be shipped on each pallet.

Any more than 18kegs/casks, will go out onto a second pallet. Each pallet send out, will be charged at the same delivery rate per pallet.

Our courier offers us a 24-48 hour delivery service to any location in the UK dependant upon the delivery location.

Any empty kegs that you have had from us, will be collected by our courier at the time of delivery to you. Please inform us of the number of kegs to collect 24 hours before delivery.

No discount prices apply for pallet deliveries.

RETURNS

If any items that you have received are incorrect, you need to inform us of this within 48 hours, by telephone call to arrange a collection and return. We will then happily send out the correct item at no cost to you.

You have up to 30 days to return any items to us. Returns will be on the basis that you can prove the items were shipped through us, that the items still remain undamaged, un-opened and in their original packaging. If 30 days have passed without informing us, we unfortunately can't accept any returns.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Licensed Trade international Ltd, Europa House, 5 Cheaney Drive, Grange Park, Northampton, NN4 5FB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as you will need to prove or track the item that you have returned to us.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will usually occur within a few working days.

If your return is rejected, we will then send this back to you within 5 working days of us rejecting the return.

Any item received free through the loyalty points scheme, are not applicable for any form of refund.
